In the past I had issues with them not filling my order correctly and kind of "I'm here because I have to be" mentallity. Today was a completely different experience that changed the way I look at this location. I went through the drive through because rarely I get the chance to actually sit down an eat. My car is my mobile office ;). I went and was greeted by the friendliest voice I have heard from any Wendy's location. "Thank you for choosing MY Wendy's, what can I make for you?". WOW that was a difference from "What can I get for you?" in a monotone "meh" tone I was used to getting. I expected the store manager to be the one at the drive through. Nope, to my happy surprise it was a very cheery gentleman with such a sense of ownership of making sure his customers were taken care of. He wrapped the receipt around my credit card after my purchase which really shows paying attention to detail. My order was awesome, everything hot and delicious. This has seriously changed my opinion of this location and the thing I am embarrassed about was I didn't get his name to give him credit on this review. From having an over stressed day to being treated so nicely really made my day today!

It's Wendy's, I have pretty low expectations and having gone to other Wendy's locations in the past figured I knew what I was getting. The wait was really long, they had employees standing around, none of them were apologetic for the wait. It was like they were all brand new and hadn't been trained. The customers that had received their food kept coming back to the front because of mistakes to their orders. There were some teenage boys that had "water cups" that were messing around with every flavor under the sun on the soda machine and making a huge mess while I waited to fill my drink, and the employees didn't seem to care less. I'll go to Wendy's again, but not this location.

Waited 20 min in line in the lobby while paramedics revived a drunk homeless person asking him if he wanted to go to detox. McDonalds 1/2 block away

Walked into this place this afternoon. Most of the local restaurants here in downtown Salt Lake City seem to be closed on the weekends. Ordered my food, staff was friendly. The food was as could be expected. Place could use a good cleaning. A lot of trash on the floor behind the counter. A lot of homeless people frequenting the place, laid out on the grass outside and camping out inside. Very strange dude hitting on the cashier, creeping everyone out.
